CaniVax™ Announces appointment of Dr Thu Nguyen to lead its canine cancer vaccine programme

OXFORD, UK; 14 July 2026 – CaniVax™ Limited, the leader in developing novel therapeutics to treat canine cancer, has today announced the appointment of Dr Thu Nguyen to lead its canine cancer vaccine programme.

Dr Nguyen is a highly experienced cancer scientist with expertise at the intersection of cancer biology, immunology, and tumour antigen discovery. As Principal Scientist at CaniVax™, Dr Nguyen will lead the company’s cancer vaccine programme, translating advances in tumour immunology into novel clinical therapies. Dr Nguyen received the highly competitive Vingroup Scholarship before earning a DPhil in Oncology from the University of Oxford, and since has developed extensive expertise in developing novel therapeutics to enhance immune recognition of cancer.
